Insurance & financing

We accept all major insurance, Medicaid and Medicare

My Smiles USA works with all major dental insurance plans, Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus, and Medicare Advantage plans with dental benefits — and we file every claim for you.

Plans we accept

All major insurance, plus Medicaid and Medicare

Bring your insurance card to your first visit, or call ahead and we will check your coverage before you come in.

  • Delta Dental
  • Cigna
  • Aetna
  • MetLife
  • Guardian
  • United Concordia
  • UnitedHealthcare
  • Humana
  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Principal
  • Ameritas
  • Careington
  • GEHA
  • Sun Life
  • Wisconsin Medicaid & BadgerCare Plus

Do not see your plan? Call the office nearest you — we work with many other carriers on an out-of-network basis, which often still leaves a substantial benefit. Verifying your coverage is free and takes a few minutes.

How it works

Your benefits, handled for you

01

We verify your coverage first

Give us your plan details when you book and we confirm your benefits, deductible and remaining annual maximum before you arrive.

02

You get a written estimate

Every treatment plan shows the fee, the expected insurance payment and your share — in writing, before anything begins.

03

We file the claims

Including any pre-authorisation your plan requires. You do not chase paperwork; we do.

04

Nothing changes without a conversation

If treatment needs to change mid-course, we stop, explain why and re-quote before continuing.

Without insurance

Three ways to keep care affordable

01

In-house savings plan

A flat annual fee that covers your preventive visits and reduces the cost of other treatment. No deductibles, no annual maximum, no claim forms.

02

0% monthly payment plans

Third-party financing with interest-free terms for qualifying patients, so larger treatment is spread across months rather than paid at once.

03

Phased treatment

Where it is clinically safe we sequence work over time — most urgent first — so your budget sets the pace.

Insurance questions, answered

Do you accept Medicaid?

Yes. Both our Racine and Milwaukee offices accept Wisconsin Medicaid and BadgerCare Plus for covered dental services. Bring your ForwardHealth card to your visit and we will confirm your benefits before treatment.

Do you accept Medicare?

Yes. We accept Medicare Advantage plans that include dental benefits. Original Medicare (Parts A and B) does not normally cover routine dental care, so if you are on Original Medicare we will show you the self-pay fee and our payment options up front.

Do you accept my dental insurance?

We accept all major dental insurance plans, including Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, MetLife, Guardian, United Concordia, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. Call the office nearest you with your plan details and we will verify your benefits before your visit at no charge.

Will you tell me what I owe before treatment?

Yes. Every treatment plan comes with a written estimate showing the fee, what your plan is expected to pay and what your share will be. If anything changes during treatment we stop and talk to you first.

What if I do not have dental insurance?

Ask about our in-house savings plan, which covers your preventive visits for a flat annual fee and reduces the cost of other treatment. We also offer 0% monthly payment plans for qualifying patients.

Can I use an HSA or FSA card?

Yes. Dental treatment is generally an eligible expense and we accept HSA and FSA cards at both offices.

Do you offer payment plans for implants or Invisalign?

Yes. Larger treatment such as dental implants, full-mouth restoration and Invisalign can usually be financed across several months, interest-free for qualifying patients.

Ready when you are

Not sure what your plan covers?
