Cosmetic dentistry works best when it is conservative. The aim is not a uniform set of very white rectangles — it is teeth that look like better versions of your own, in proportion with your lips, your smile line and your face.
Every cosmetic plan here starts with a conversation about what specifically bothers you, followed by a health check. Bleeding gums, an unstable bite or untreated decay all get resolved first; cosmetic work placed over an underlying problem does not last.

Treatments
Professional whitening
In-office whitening for a fast change, or custom take-home trays for gradual control. Both are considerably more predictable than over-the-counter strips.
Porcelain veneers
Thin ceramic facings bonded to the front of the teeth to change shape, shade, alignment or worn edges. Minimal enamel is removed.
Composite bonding
Tooth-coloured material sculpted directly onto the tooth in a single visit — excellent for chips, gaps and small shape changes, and reversible.
Tooth-coloured fillings
Replacing old dark or metal fillings in visible teeth with bonded composite that matches your shade.
Gum recontouring
Where a smile shows more gum than you would like, careful reshaping can rebalance the proportions of the teeth.
Full smile makeovers
A sequenced combination of the above, usually alongside whitening or aligners, planned as one result rather than a series of separate treatments.

Cosmetic Dentistry — questions answered
How long does teeth whitening last?
Typically one to three years, depending on coffee, tea, red wine and smoking. Custom take-home trays let you top up occasionally rather than repeating the whole treatment.
Is whitening safe for my enamel?
Professionally supervised whitening does not damage enamel. It can cause temporary sensitivity, which we manage with desensitising gel and by adjusting how long you wear the trays.
Veneers or bonding — which is right for me?
Bonding is cheaper, done in one visit and reversible, but it stains and chips sooner. Veneers cost more and involve removing a little enamel, but hold their colour and shape for a decade or more. We will tell you honestly which suits your case.
Will veneers look fake?
Only if they are made to. We choose shade, translucency and length with you, and where possible show you a preview before anything irreversible happens.
How much does cosmetic dentistry cost?
It depends entirely on how many teeth are involved and which treatment is used. Cosmetic work is rarely covered by insurance, so we give you a written price up front and offer 0% payment plans.
